Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment; we will notify you promptly if an item becomes unavailable.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@makerskeysolutions.com with your order number.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible, non-personalized items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Personalized, custom, or final-sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@makerskeysolutions.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We may ask you to return the damaged item before processing a resolution.
