Our Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return, provided they meet the condition requirements above:
- Non-personalized linen and textile products
- Non-personalized macramé wall hangings and plant hangers
- Artisan decor items in original, unused condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made items, including monogrammed napkin sets and macramé pieces ordered in custom colors
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned without prior authorization from our team
- Sale items or items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
If your non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we will always make it right.
How to Start a Return
We ask that you contact us before sending any item back. To initiate a return, please email us at support@makerskeysolutions.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once we receive your message, our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization from us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
If your return is not approved — for example, because the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us — we will contact you and arrange to send the item back to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@makerskeysolutions.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
In these cases, we will cover all costs and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We may ask you to return the original item before we process your resolution.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable under standard circumstances. This includes items ordered in custom colors, sizes, or with monogrammed or personalized details.
The only exceptions are if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon at the time of order. In those cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that your refund has been approved but have not seen it credited to your account after 10 business days, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary
- Contact your bank directly, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears
