Orders & Products

Are your products really handmade? Yes, every item in our store is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight natural variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and make each piece uniquely yours.

Can I customize or personalize an item? Yes! Select items — such as our embroidered linen napkin sets and macramé wall hangings — are available in custom colors or with personalized details. Please add your preferences in the Personalization Area at checkout. If no note is left, the default option will be applied.

What materials do you use? We use only natural, high-quality materials including organic cotton cord, Lithuanian linen, organic flax, driftwood, wooden beads, and glass. All materials are chosen for their durability and natural beauty.

How do I know which size to choose? Each product listing includes detailed dimensions. For macramé wall hangings, width varies by the number of leaves or knots selected. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Do you sell gift sets or bundles? Some of our products come as sets — such as our glass bud vases and cocktail napkins. For custom gift bundles or special orders, please reach out to us directly.

Can I place a wholesale or bulk order? Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk inquiries. Please contact us at support@makerskeysolutions.com with details about what you're looking for and we'll get back to you with options.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping may be available on select items — please contact us to inquire before placing your order.

How long does processing take? Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require 5–10 business days of processing time before they are shipped.

How long does delivery take? Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@makerskeysolutions.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

What if my package is lost in transit? If your tracking shows an issue or your package does not arrive within the expected window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Can I return a personalized item? Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your custom order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I start a return? Email us at support@makerskeysolutions.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and your reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization first.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your original item and place a new order separately.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Which products can be personalized? Our embroidered linen cocktail napkin sets can be monogrammed with custom initials. Our macramé wall hangings are available in custom color combinations. Additional personalization details will be noted in each product listing.

How do I submit my personalization details? Add your preferences — such as initials, color choices, or special instructions — in the Personalization Area at checkout. If no details are provided, the default option will be applied.

Can I cancel a custom order? Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long do custom orders take? Custom orders typically require 5–10 business days of processing time before shipping, in addition to standard delivery time.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for linen products? Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach. Linen softens naturally and beautifully with each wash.

How do I care for macramé pieces? Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or machine washing. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color. Gently fluff and reshape the fringe after cleaning.

How do I care for glass vases? Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe. Handle with care to avoid chipping.

How do I care for pressed flower frames? Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not expose to moisture or humidity.
