We pack every order with care and ship it to your door.
At MakersKey Solutions, we want your handcrafted piece to arrive safely, on time, and exactly as you imagined it. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available on select items — please contact us at support@makerskeysolutions.com before placing an international order to confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times.
Processing Time
Because every item in our store is handmade or made to order, we take a little extra time to ensure your piece is perfect before it leaves us.
Standard items are processed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days of your order being placed. Custom and personalized orders — such as monogrammed napkin sets or macramé pieces in non-default colors — may require 5–10 business days of processing time before shipment.
Processing time does not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Once your order has left our hands, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase — there are no surprises.
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within your expected processing window, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@makerskeysolutions.com.
Packaging
We take great care in how we pack your order. All items are wrapped and packed to protect them during transit. Fragile items such as our glass bud vases are given additional protective packaging. We aim to use minimal, recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@makerskeysolutions.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the correct address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or any secure drop locations near your address first.
If your package appears to be genuinely lost in transit, please contact us at support@makerskeysolutions.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We will work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@makerskeysolutions.com with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time as described above. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they are shipped once production is complete and quality has been checked. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
